Antelope Valley Winery was established in October, 1990. Located in northern Los Angeles County, the Donato Family Vineyard grows Merlot, Zinfandel, and Sangiovese on their winery property. The resulting blend is called Fusion and the 2004 Fusion, was an American Wine Society 2008 Award Winner. The Winery also contracts with growers throughout the burgeoning wine region and has produced an award winning 2006 Malbec, 2005 Tempranillo, and 2006 Chardonnay. Their first Pinot Noir is scheduled for release November, 2009.
